lately my meal is standard, McDonalds Double Chees Burger Meal Upsize the Fries only , drinks change to Sprite. lol is quite affordable since i always eat at my sch! is like $2 cheaper den outside!!! lol, i just eat and eat like no business, even though i'm still sick, i'm gonna visit McDonalds and have a huge pack of Fries later. lol mom will whoop my ass if found out! how i wish Ronald knows i'm a crazy fan of his and everyday he creates magic where there will be 3 extra huge fries,(breakfast, luch and dinner/ i won't mind having supper) with alots of Mc garlic chillie just *pop* into my pocket.

ATTITUDE CHANGE
seriously the attitude i'm showing right now, is what i most undesire! it's not the ideal characteristic i wanna build during my 3 years venture! firstly i felt that my determinations has drop tremendiously over the years, i become lazy and give up alot more easily! and worse of worse my punctuality! i believe i have to start something quick! i'm in my adulthood, and i'm not far away from joinnig the workforce full-time. i definatly understand that the way i'm moving on as a person now is not the attribute to success! i won't allow myself to end ups like my sister or my dad. i understand and believe that there will not be an overnight 360 turn. but do expect alot of changes. my test is finally over! 4 test, most likely i can only pass one. and the rest i'm gonna get 75markS! lol, not each... is a sum from the 3 papers! so is 75/300?? hopefully i can get more!

i have lots of weaknesses and little strenght! i 'm gonna start analysis myself. so today i gonna start with one weakness, and the next entry i gonna continue with another.

ANGER MANAGEMENT~ if there's a rating with anger management, i'm gonaa score 95/100. 95 for poor controling of my anger management. often, when i'm in a foul mood, i simply raise my voice, start huddling spear to others, regardless if i'm in a wrong place or what. The only thing that i'd really improve is taking every situation easy, burying my feelings, and moderating my pace. Expectations are really minimal, but there's still one 'MOTTO'. as long as i can create a smile on her tiny face, how she treats me doesn't really matter. after all, the drive is there as it was in the beggining.

i think i have done it all! i'm certain every part of my bodies have been through hell. injuries are like cycles. get injured, and recovered, this the good case. the bad case is when u sustain long term injury, that will hinder ur performance in alot of things! and as for the worst case? the one thing that can never be heal(lol/skip).

just as almost all my wounds are heal, i open another. holy crap. now my ankle has 2 additonal blister! ouch...

lol, i run as normal ba, increased my speed, and barely run around the stadium's track 10 rounds. it's not for the pussy minded. my skin starts to tear on the 3rd round. i just bit my lips hard and continue my journey. Motivation? eh.. i think you just have to imagine something/someone infront of u, which is so god damn impt. well, the more impt it is to you, the more lap u can go. and the choice is extremely impt too. in my case it brings me additional of 2km. (strong rite? gotta be creative)

hmm, right now i wanna compare work b4 and work now. as in when i first came and it is now!!! what is c4 like? i wanna divide into 3 stage.

Stage 1: Baby stage( when i just came till i resign)

Stage 2 gotta be the birth of my character at c4. u-turn 270 degree, came back, cool. the party trend was still there, but it hasn't been as fun as before. perhaps due to chang yang leaving.... miss him really alotssss!!!! i think it was when old big left, the pentry weekends' night totally changed, the death of the party days...

Stage 3 gotta be the worse of the worse. everyone starts to have their own life. v1 start to ride, kok kiong starts to work elsewhere, cynthia resigned(always go home early), chang yang never came back, old big change job, the bus just become so much colder.... and lets not mention the good old pentry.
